Ray Hart
Ray , a Catalise founder and an Australian chartered accountant with 20 years experience including 10 years in Professional practice experience.
In addition to growing Catalise his client side advisory work has focused on business restructuring advisory and implementation, with the most recent transaction being the US $400m restructure and launch of an international airline based in the Caribbean. Other recent assignments include the business planning and project management for a €200m IS Service Centre in Prague and the sourcing of private equity to launch a thermo controlled transport services company across Europe.
Ray’s strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with his entrepreneurial approach, leadership and passion have ensured the success of Catalise, the delivery of key assignments and more importantly has built a trusted international network.

Neale Anderson
Neale has over 23 years experience in both line and consulting roles in Australia, Europe and the Caribbean, specialising in business improvement programs across a number of industries. He has returned to Australia after 11 years in Europe.
Neale has been a Director of award winning consultancy Catalise since 2003, firstly in the UK and now in Australia. Prior to Catalise, he worked with PwC in London, and Direct Line Insurance in the UK and had his own consultancy, working across Europe. In Australia, Neale has worked for Caltex, Pepsi Co, Sony and Westpac and has recently undertaken assignments in the insurance industry and software development in the media industry.
Some of his clients include Nokia, DHL, Deutsche Post, Caribbean Airlines, Williams Lea, Clinphone, Carlton Television and British Telecom.
Neale specialises business improvement, implementation of business strategy, business start ups and merger & acquisition projects.
