Catalise pioneer MCA Delivery Assurance audits
As a further step to improving the image of the Consulting industry, the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) is proposing the introduction of independent delivery quality audits.
"At Catalise, we take quality of delivery seriously; really seriously" comments John O'Rourke, our Delivery Assurance Director. "My role is to provide regular assessments across our entire portfolio of assignments and provide guidance on all aspects of delivery.
These reviews go much further than ticking boxes. We look at each product to ensure that we are on track to deliver on time and on budget. We review each and every risk and make sure that mitigations are up to date. And we offer to share our progress report with our clients - warts and all!
Our reviews include open thinking about how we can deliver more value. These are typically unconstrained discussions. We pull in subject matter experts. We think outside of the box. These can be very exciting and very creative meetings!"
So confident are we that our delivery and quality processes are as good as any in the industry, we have volunteered to be the first firm the MCA audits. We are looking forward to the outcome.
