HP – Helped the internal IT Consulting unit develop a business rather than technology consulting approach to clients
Major energy company – Assessment and subsequent development of the company’s project management standards and methods, including the delivery of workshops and training programmes across the organisation.

Danzas – Rescued an Operational IT system project that failed after go-live, getting it under control and stabilised.

Deutsche Post World Net – Migrating the financial processes of 5 multicultural organisations onto a single platform and creating a new shared financial service in Cologne.

DHL IT Shared Service Centre Prague – Project Management of a new global data centre in Prague. Definition of business case (hundreds of millions of €s investment), ongoing responsibility for financial consulting to the centre.
Outcome: Savings were over Euro 40m per year
